No. Listonic for Apple Watch is a standalone watchOS app. You can create, switch, edit, check off and clear lists on the watch while your iPhone stays at home.

How do I add products from the watch?

Say one item or a whole list in a single sentence. Dictation runs on the watch. You can also tap a suggestion. Suggestions come from popular products and your shopping history.

Will the rest of my household see my changes?
